25th Wedding Anniversary.

Morning all, back to share another recent order. This one was an 8x8 card for a 25th Wedding anniversary. 25 is silver so I used lots of silver card to make it. I cut the numbers on my cricut and mounted on circles and scallop circles. The flowers are a Marianne die and the leaves are an old whimsy die.

It was really hard to get a decent pic so this is all I managed!

Back tomorrow with something new!

A Challenge! A joint 30th, for male and female!

I had a request from one of my regular customers, he wanted a joint 30th birthday card, he game me the names and left me with it. I sat for a while wondering how I would make a card for both male and female to share and it still look good ... then the penny dropped ....
Some simple embossing, some numbers cut on the cricut (after I dusted it off) a bit of jiggery pokery and voila!

Male side ....

Female Side ...

Names in the centre and mixed the papers behind

Picture of the back of the centre to write in, with ribbon attached to close the card.

He loved the card, as did the people in the office where he worked!

Retro Phones!

Good Morning!!

It's snowing here in bonny Blyth, the kiddies can't wait to come home from school so fingers crossed there is some snow for them to play in!!

This morning I am sharing another card using the retro phone image from Birdie Brown, this time 2 of them, whilst also staying on track for using up some of my older paper pads instead of keep buying more!!

First Cricut Creation

Wanted to share my first cricut creations ... I made 4 little cute cows to start with from the cute critter cartridge, one was immediately stolen by M but I managed to make one into a card ...

Cow & Grass - Cute Critters cartridge
Fence - Magnolia die
Clouds - MFT Die
Alphabet - Pre loaded card on cricut.

Love how it came out, although maybe a little on the simple side? but its cute and I like it!!
