Easter Bonnet Competition!

With easter just around the corner my son's school has set a challenge for an easter bonnet competition! So my son (6) and I set to with our mission. Mission complete in 3 days and here is the finished product!

He was proud as punch this morning when he went into school wearing his hat :D A total cost of £3 for a couple of plant pots, a rabbit and duck teddy and then we just used stuff we already had to finish it off. the seeds around the bottom are mustard seeds which he enjoyed sprinkling on!
He is hoping he wins again this year!

I feel sorry for the other children in his class - they don't stand a chance! Great hat x

He didn't win :( someone went in with a egg shaped hat and won! He isn't bothered though. :)

A brilliant hat, much better than my attempt at an "eco" hat, no wonder your son was pleased with it.

Your hat is great. To make an easter bonnet and not make it too girly,I bet that was hard to do
The judge was probably brought off he should have won...FIX!!
