Debbie over at Country Heart & Home has given us a lovely recipe for carrot cake with vanilla frosting. My OH absolutely loves carrot cake so this was one I had to try!
I took my daughter to nursery in the snow then arrived home with my son who was off school due to snow and we set to making these lovely cakes!
