Busy busy!

Evening to all of my readers, I hope you enjoyed joining in with the fun on our first ever Ladybug Crafts ink blog hop yesterday? if you haven't joined in yet then scroll down to my next post and take part in the fun!

I made a card on monday which I couldnt post because it was using mermaid Nikki, I appear to love this stamp and have several coloured in ready for cards top be made in the near future ... so here is my second mermaid nikki card

I absolutely love this card, and even dug out the old robo and had a play to cut out the nestie shapes which she is stamped on and also the flourish. Thistime I used glossy accents on her tail, and then sprinkled with a very fine glitter which has given an amazing effect!

Then I made a start last night on my sons birthday card, I love little Jack, another stamp which you can get from Ladybug Crafts Ink! this one when I first saw it just amazed me, he reminds me so much of my son Thomas when he was smaller ...Tomorrow my baby will be 8!!!

I used glossy accents on the frog, and used glitter on the lines to represent him jumping!! love it!! although a llittain but at 8 who cares, cards are boring and presents are better!

Then today I made another card using little Jack, this card is from Maddison to Thomas, she told me it had to have his name on it and that is should be red!! however I didnt have any suitable red paper so blue it was, with a bit of red to keep her happy!

I actually chopped the top part of the card off so it has a smaller front, I again used glossy accents on his cart and a small gem on the wheel! (can you see a theme here? should I be on commission?) and then added buttons and his name, the name is K&Co rub offs from the lovely Padster!

Then last but no least amd the most important of all, last wednesday was Thomas's first day in year 3!! he went in looking all smart ....

And today was Maddison's first day at nusery, she went in, kissed us both goodbye and then ran to the toys, not a tear in sight, nor did I cry, but I think that was because I still had to take Thomas round to his class! She has been bouncing off the walls all day, and can't wait to go back tomorrow!! Oh to be young and carefree!! Anyway this was her this morning.

Anyway apologies for this rather long and rather pic heavy post, remember the picturesof my kids are mainly a reminder of years gone by for me! No one else so please don't feel you have to comment!! Of course I do love all of the comments! lol

xx

I love the 3 cards you present today! I am a big big fan of your bubble border with mermaid Nikki. I think I'm becoming a border punch addict on top of my paper addiction...
