Ladybug Crafts Ink ~ Totally Ladybug Tuesday!

Goooooooooooooood Morning everyone, today I have some exciting news for you all!!! but first I must do the usual Total Ladybug Tuesday post!

This week we were challenged by the Lovely Hayley and she set an awful challenge of Distressing v.s Vintage + Cats v.s Dogs.

I am one of the ones who panicked about this, I am a straight and clean line kind of girl, ok so they are occasionally wonky but they are always clean cut!! so this just screamed at me whenever I thought about it!
I decided I would use Buttercup, as she has never been inked up and I have had her for ages!!

The papers are Basic Grey Olivia which I roughed up the edges of on the main sheet with a Tim Holtz distress tool, then ripped the deeper pink paper which is also from the Olivia pack. I then used paw print twill which has slightly frayed edges. I stamped Buttercup in brown ink and coloured her in 2 different brown shades of copics to try and get a nice finish on her. I used ink around her to try and give it a bit more of a distressed look. I then added 4 flowers in the top corner and put in some little gems to the centres.
Sorry Hayley but I did try, although I don't think I did very well but the end card looks good!

Please remember to hop on over to the girls blogs and look at their fab cards, and remember to leave some ladybug love!

Now onto some exciting news ....

If I showed you this button.

Yes thats right, we have our very own challenge blog!!

Oh I feel your pain! Distressing leaves me distressed too! You have done a great job on this though, you would never have guessed the trauma the challenge caused looking at this! Never mind, you can always get your own back when it's your turn to set the challenge!
