Ladybug Crafts Ink ~ Totally Ladybug Tuesday ~ Challenge no. 2!

Good Morning!

Yes its tuesday which means it is another Totally Ladybug Tuesday challenge.

The challenge this week has been chosen by the talented and lovely Anita, and she chose a theme of Ribbons!

Just a quick reminder of the rules, which are also listed in the sidebar.  You may use any image you wish but you will only be entered to win the prize (a Ladybug Crafts Ink stamp) if you have used a Ladybug Crafts Ink image on your project.  If you don't use a LCI image, you'll still be eligible for the Top 3, which is a badge for your blog.

We also have an added extra this week - the winner will also get a GD spot for 2 weeks!
If you don't have a blog, you can still enter our challenge.  Just email your entry to lcichallengeblog@aol.com.  I hope you're able to play along with us this week.

Now if any of you are at all like me, then you will have a big massive box full of various ribbons which you rarely use!! So go dig them out and join in with our second Totally Ladybug Challenge!!

Now I wasn't sure if I would get this done in time to join the other ladies as I am still not well! (Grrr) and then to top it off have hospital appointments scattered left, right and centre! but I managed to get my card done and put in place.

I used Birthday Nikki and coloured her in using only copics (my new love!) The papers are from My Minds Eye, and I looooove them! I used an EK Success border punch and then sliced chunks (do you like my technical term?) out of the strip of card to thread some ribbon through. I used some pretty blue epoxy dots (you can get these from Kerry). I also used lots and lots of glamour Dust, you can see it on the present, ribbon and the hearts, but you can't see it in my hair, the carpet, the table, the cat and my 3 year old bag of trouble! (my daughter)

Why not pop on over and see what the other ladies have been getting up to ....

I love the DP, and the threaded ribbon - another technique I'm going to have to have a go at. Lovely card Hel x

PS know what you mean about the glamour dust, my poor boyfriend frequently goes to work covered in it (or glitter for a change!) poor thing as he works in an office of blokes
