Totally Ladybug Tuesday - Colour Wheel Challenge!

Welcome to another Totally Ladybug Tuesday Challenge!!

Before I get started with showing you my card and the details for the challenge, I want to share some Fabulous news ... Kerry has yet another special offer on her stamps!
special offer for December 1 - 31. Buy one stamp get one 1/2 price. If you buy two you'll get 2 1/2 price etc. so hop on over to the shop and fill your shopping bags!

This week we have a fabulous challenge for you ....

You pick your favourite colour off the wheel below, then you MUST make a card using the colour opposite!

My favourite colour is Green, so my card had to be red! I feel I had an advantage with this challenge, as I love green, I like red, I like blue etc etc ... some of the girls were not impressed with the colours their cards would have to be!!

So onto my card ok so I decided against just a card and made a box instead! A box for my friend Sarah's birthday .....

I inked up a cupcake cutie (Cherry on top) I coloured her in copics, used glossy accents on the cherry and added some fluffy stuff on the frosting of the cupcake. (I followed Kerry's fab tutorial on her blog)

The ribbon slider was from ebay, the ribbons from ebay, the butterflys came in a stash swap. The box came from a template (can't remember where from?)

Then I needed to fill the box .... so what do I add ....

A stamp
Some diecut squares (Lili of the Valley)
Some chocolate (anyone who knows Sarah will know that she LOVES chocolate!

I have some little Cadbury Dairy Milk miniatures which I covered and added to the box ...

Sentiment - Ladybug Crafts ink

Inside of the box

So thats the box ... and whats inside the box ... is another box! LOL ok so I need to get out more! Ahem!

Then I needed to make her a card ... so decided to make a matching card ... however being the dopey cow I am, I forgot to take a picture of just the card! so you will have to make do with a picture of all 3!

I do hope you will join in with the fun on this fabulous challenge! I just wish I was allowed to play! LOL

Please if you do have a spare 10 minutes, grab yourself a cuppa and pop on over to my Team mates and leave them some ladybug love!

I would like to enter these gift and card into the following challenges.
