Just before I start with the blabbering ...
Yesterday we had Snow, Thunder & Lightning!! how strange, the sky went a very dirty mustardy yellow colour!! Surely this isn't normal!
I have been trying to make cards for family when I have entered challenges and done DT work, but for my Mum who absolutely loves my cards (goodness knows why!) I wanted to make something special that looked fantastic!
I saw this sketch at Papertake weekly
and this card by the lovely Dawny P
and wanted to give it a whirl using Dawny P's card for inspiration!
I grabbed a Lili of the valley die cut square and away I went ....

Rusty, that is such a gorgeous card. I wish my daughter would take up card making and send me something like that LOL!! What a lovely image and I love the red paper (must be Pink Petticoat - off to have a look!) and the punch is oooooooooh luvverly!!!!!
