Freebie Stamps and using up old papers!

I heard there was some lovely stamps free with one of the magazines, so I went and bought it as they looked pretty darn cute!! I love the little boy, he looks so adorable and reminds me of a mixture of Sugar Nellie and Magnolia! Not sure why but I am not keen on either of these brands of stamps yet love this one! Strange huh?

Anyway, I saw this fabulous sketch at  Sketch n Stash and decided to give it a whirl!

I dug out my trusty Basic Grey Archaic papers and had a play around until I was happy, here is the end result!

What do you think?? of course I did make a tiny mistake and added a sentiment and card candy in each corner, which wasn't on the sketch but hopefully they will let me off for that!! I added glossy accents to the balloon and also to his shoes, cut out stars using my cuttlebug dies, and then cut a smaller star out of the excess paper and added Card candy into the centre of each star! I love it, and the card looks so much nicer in real life!

I would like to enter it into the following challenges.
