It's Tuesday and time for another Totally Ladybug Tuesday!
This time the challenge was set by the one and only lovely Ladybug Lisa! She set the challenge of anything but square! I started several non square cards and kept on changing my mind!! I ended up with this...
First time I have made a card like this with the image raised over the fold of the card. I kept it pretty simple in embellishment and sutmbled across a pack of felt embellishments from Basic Grey, the colours matched some BG papers so away I went!
The image I used is Flower Ruby, this is the 2nd flower ruby I have had in my hands, the first one had broken legs ... I also just happened to break this one aswell LOL ... but luckily not the actual image, just some of the edge! I used my EK Success punch along the bottom, a few purple pearls, and the lovely big felt flower which I mentioned above. The scallop circle is actually another sheet of BG paper which I mounted directly onto another card scallop circle. The image is coloured in pink and purple copics, nice effect I think, although not to everyones taste!
