I made this little notepad for Thomas to take to his Dad's house with him. Thomas although only 8 struggles to talk about his feelings so we use a notebook and if he feels he wants to say something that he can't physically say then he can write it down in the notepad and I can look at it.
Anyway onto the notepad, I spotted Chester the Monkey over at Pollycraft and knew he was perfect, I then ended up going back and buying another one .... enough talking and more showing ....
On the front we have this little fella
I glittered up the earphones (white bit that covers your ears!) and using Bo Bunny AD-Lib papers I made this front cover ...
Lots of tearing and inking up edges but it looks so much better in real life!
Then on the inside I wanted to decorate it just slightly, but I ended up doing it a bit more than slightly ...
I used this fella
and created this
Papers again from the same range, and inked on the edges, some glitter glue on the bubbles
The alphabet is an Xcut one which Paul bought me ages again and I hadn't used until now, it is fab!
Thomas loves it and Maddison has asked for her own!
