Little Jack

I have another new love, he comes in the form of a little boy called Jack ... he is soooo gorgeous and has so far cost me pennies to have him in various fun stamps!! When Kerry asked me to join her DT she asked me to let her know which stamps I had already bought from her, I listed them all in an email, and I believe the response from Kerry was, Wow you have almost as many as me! (I told Paul this and he shook his head and asked when I was buying the 6 bedroom house!)

I preordered Policeman Jack from the lovely Kerry over at Ladybug Crafts ink! (how many links can a girl do in one post?) As soon as I saw him I just had to have him!! You can find more Jack's here

So this morning I set to making a card, not for anyone in particular but now that the children are back to school birthday parties are only around the corner and arrive very close to the party date! I wanted to keep him fairly simple, but not too plain, after all the card will probably go to a child of either 3, or 7-8 dependant on which one of my kids ends up with a boys party first! Don't want the kiddies pulling off all of the embellies!

The papers I have used are (I think) Cosmo Cricket, the buttons came from ebay, the gems are Anitas, the sentiment Craftwork cards and the ribbon is from craftyribbons! If you click to zoom you will see I have added a Gem to the middle of Jacks back scooter wheel!!

Hope you like little Jack ... stay tuned for some very important and even more exciting LadyBug news coming later on today!!

LOL, I make a raft of kids cards up too, saves the last minute panic when eldest son announces he's got a party to go to that afternoon!! I believe Kerry said something similar to me, but I didn't tell HB as I think I'd have got a similar response :-) Love this one - perfect for boys!
