Totally Ladybug Tuesday - Mary J's Challenge - Anything BUT a card!

Time for another Totally Ladybug Tuesday. This week it was time for Mary J to choose the challenge, and she chose anything BUT a card. I love challenges like this as they make you think out of the box so to speak!
This challenge fell perfectly with an order that my mum had asked me to make for a friend of hers. At christmas I made up some pots of gold and Mum wanted something similar but in purple at fairy related .... so this is how it happened.

It all started with a box which had socks in it ...

and ended up like this ...

Yes a box filled with choccy eclairs and cadburys dairy milk, with a little poem on the inside. I added a scallop edge to hide the writing on the inside edge of the box.

I also made a matching card, when I say matching, I actually mean the colours, the image and the flowers LOL, I ran out of purple swirl paper so used spotty paper from the same range.

And here is a picture of both card and box.

Needless to say I am so proud of how it turned out, and also that I managed to do such a great job on the flowers!!

The image I have used is Daydreaming Ruby, The sentiment is one of the Fairy sentiments

Papers - Craftwork cards
Flowers - Wild orchid crafts & Hobbycraft
Flourish - Sizzex die
Punch - EK Success

I really hope you will take the time to visit the other ladies, as they have all made fantastic things, and whilst you are being inspired maybe leave a little ladybug love!

Now before you all dissapear ... if I said the words BLOG HOP & NEW RELEASE, what would you think?

Yep you guessed it, Kerry has been working uber hard and has got some new stamps coming!! (I have seen them and had a play already and they are so pretty!!) anyway to celebrate we are having a blog hop, so grab the banner and come and join in the fun and you may well win a prize along the way!

I would like to enter my box into the following challenges if I may.
